A home inspection is of no use to any customer if the findings of the inspection are not clearly documented and easy for you, the customer, to interpret. Home Detectives utilizes state of the art Home Inspection Software that allows us to clearly document our findings from the inspection and present them to you in an easy to read, comprehensive report. Your report will include written and photo documentation, as well as recommendations for repairs as necessary. Upon completion of the inspection report, you will receive an email from us with a username and password which will allow you to view, print and forward your report to whomever you'd like. Whether forwarding to your agent, a family member, or licensed contractor for estimates on repairs, your report can be forwarded with the click of a button.
